This ongoing psychodynamic group includes nonverbal exploration through writing, visual art and movement alongside verbal processing to deeply explore personal and life issues.

In a safe and connected group, members may work on building self awareness, increasing emotional intimacy, developing personal creativity and increasing one’s ability to respond to life’s challenges and opportunities.

This group meets regularly on Tuesday evenings. Members make a long term commitment to work in the group, creating an environment to support deep and lasting change.
